What do you  need to do if you  would like to try Judo?

Just come along to Y Pant School Pontyclun on Wednesday between 6.30 and 9.00pm. Or Bryn Celynnog School On Monday or Thursday.

You don't need a Judo kit just wear loose-fitting trousers (e.g. track-suit or jogging bottoms) with no metallic accessories such as zips or 'popper studs'.  Girls, if you use a hair band please make sure it has no metal or plastic parts and hair grips are not permitted. 

A non-fizzy drink is a recommended, as no drinks are available in the club.

Name, age, judo experience. (if any)  approx. weight, height and sex.
